We want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and customization standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original UNOde50 red box and protective pouch, ensuring the security seal is intact and the items are safely padded.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our workshop has processed your refund.
